The Varsity (UK) Directory of Investigators & Process Servers / Varsity International Directory of Investigators (And Security) / Varsity International Directory of Security and Close Protection, British Directory of Enquiry Agents & Process Servers, "Varsity Publications" are trading styles of Burton Regan Limited: Company number 10214010

Payment of £80 + VAT will give you a one year entry in the directory.

SUBSCRIBERS

The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) describe a directory as:

“A directory of subscribers, whether in printed or electronic form, which is made available to members of the public or a section of the public”.

Our trade directories have been published since 1984 when the British Directory of Enquiry Agents & Process Servers first appeared (And evolved into the British Directory of Investigators and Process Servers then the Varsity (UK) Directory of Investigators and Process Servers). Subsequently we have published the Varsity International Directory of Investigators and the Varsity International Directory of Security & Close Protection.

The online directory has replaced / superseded the published directories.

You agree that you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. You agree to provide only true, accurate and complete information about your business. All information submitted will be pre-vetted and altered at our discretion before publication.

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your uploaded Content. You warrant that all Content uploaded by you, either from your own computer or another site/server, is created and owned entirely by you or you have the necessary licenses, rights and permissions to use the Content.

Anyone using this Directory does so at their own risk. Every effort has been made during the compilation of the Directory to ensure the accuracy of information obtained and published, but the publishers cannot be held responsible in any way for any inaccuracies in the information supplied to them for publication, nor for any accidental errors or omissions. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have an issue or complaint with any subscriber in Varsity Directory we encourge you to attempt to resolve the issues between the subscriber and your self. If the process fails we are happy to adjudicate and mitigate matters to a speedy resolution.We reserve the right to cancel any subscriber from the directory with 1 hours notice of the cancelation transmitted to the subcriber.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms of business are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to our head office (principal place of business) and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts therein. The Site and the Content are not for re-distribution, transfer, assignment or sublicense.
